Froling Tank Systems: Buffer & Hot Water Storage

Alongside Galu, Denergy also offers Froling’s own range of buffer and hot water tanks, designed to work seamlessly with Froling log, pellet, woodchip and combi boilers. Every biomass boiler benefits from a well-sized buffer tank, which stores surplus heat and lets the boiler run at its most efficient, steady output rather than switching on and off.

Why a Buffer Tank Matters

Allows the boiler to run fewer, longer, more efficient burn cycles

Froling Tank Range

Layered Tank – a standard buffer tank that stores heat in layers by temperature, improving efficiency versus a single mixed volume.
Solar Layered Tank – a layered buffer tank with an additional coil, allowing it to also store heat from a solar thermal system.
H2 Hygienic Layered Tank – combines buffer storage with hygienic domestic hot water production in one vessel.
H3 Hygienic Solar Layered Tank – the same hygienic hot water design, with an added solar coil for renewable input.
Unicell NT-S Hot Water Tank – a dedicated domestic hot water cylinder for use alongside your buffer tank.
Modular Layered Tank / FW Modular Solar Layered Tank – a modular design that can be split into sections, making installation easier where space or access is limited.
